Yoghurt is fine, as long as you’re not vegan! look out for some of the flavoured ones though as some may contain gelatine, or some food colours which dont coome from a vegetarian source.
Warren
ya , unless your a vegan.
I am also a vegitarian and a i eat yogurt.
Leon
most yogurt has gelatin in it, which is an animal product. If you are only vegetarian in the sense that you don’t eat meat, I think it’s fine. But If you are vegetarian because you don’t want animals to die for your food, then I wouldn’t eat yogurt. There are some yogurts (such as greek yogurt, I believe) that doesn’t have gelatin in it. Or, you could always switch to soy yogurt! I personally like it even better.

Some yogurts are OK. Many contain gelatin which is not vegetarian. Stonybrook Farms is gelatin free

Yogurt CONTAINS this BUG CARMINE and it’s used in all RED colored yogurts, so if you don’t like eating bugs..DON’T BUY the RED COLORED yogurts!

Yogurt is perfectly fine for vegetarians… however, if you not eating any animals products at all than, well, its not. ha. but there are yogurts made from soy and rice products. Check that out if you are trying to not eat any animal products. but if you are just going meatless than you are fine.

Yogurt is fine.. Tht gross gloppy stuff like yoplait have gelatin so avoid those. However I know organic plain yogurt, danimals, and dan active do not contain gelatin. Just add fruit and granola to plain yogurt and it tastes like a piece of heaven.

yogurt should be fine. I am sort of borderline vegan in some respects (like I don’t eat gelatin or rennet) so I look out for these. I know that Dannon’s light and fit series of yogurts contain gelatin, but their normal line is fine. Just check the ingredient list–you should be ok. Best of luck!
