Anytime you decide that you are going to decide to eat an unbalanced diet it is unhealthy for you. You need to learn to eat balanced and get the right number of calories a day instead of deciding you are only going to eat one thing all day. It doesn’t make any sense.
If you want to lose weight, please get serious about it and learn what needs to be done to do so properly. I am a health and fitness expert and what you are suggesting sounds like a short term torture for a short term gain only to discover more pain in the future.
If you want to get healthy, please try and learn now for some benefits that will help you for the rest of your life.
