I talked to my friend about it and she called it the one-step-from-anorexia diet. Do you think this is true? and if so what if i eat yoplait yogurt for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but between lunch and dinner i just have a small snack of veggies or fruit?

Only eating yogurt for a meal is DEFENITLY unsafe. It doesn’t have all the nutrients and minerals you need for the day in it and not enough calories. Yogurts however are good for you but with a balanced meal. They contain calcium and 3 servings of calcium is good for you, but of course you need something else too. The yogurt with fruit or veggie inbetween isn’t good either.
It sounds to me like your friend is right stay off crazy diets like this, just have a BALANCED meal and you’ll be fine.
