natagurl asked:

Date and Yogurt diet! does this work?
so i’ve been told by quiet a few people that a date and yogurt diet is great…

you eat a total or 21 dates a day and 3 glasses of yogurt.

7 dates for breakfast and 1 glass of yogurt, 7 dates for lunch and a glass of yogurt and 7 dates for dinner and a glass of yogurt.

this is the explenation for the diet, usually when going on a diet we cut on alot of things including proteins and vitamins but when eating dates we do not cut down on anything as dates are full of all sorts of vitamins and proteins, also yogurt helps with digestions and cools the temperature in the body and they body tries to produce its normal heat in the process burning the unwanted fat. this explenation sounds logical to me so i decided to give it a try , apparently in 5-7 days you can lose up to 3-4 kilo grams i just want to know if this is true and if anyone has ever tried it before.

nothing else should be eaten besides this, you can drink water and coffee with no milk or sugar do you think this diet will actually work?

Paula
